How can I track my order?

Once your order gets shipped you would get an automated email that includes your tracking number where you can track it on USPS website. Check your spam mail folder just incase.

Do I get charged monthly for subscription or is it a one time purchase?

You only get your order that you purchased. We do not offer monthly subscription, no other future charges.

Is your shipping discreet?

We ship in a plain bubble mailer or box that do not reveal content.

My Payment is being refused what can i do?

Its important to make sure your billing address and billing zip code as well as security code all match up with the information registered with your credit card/bank for security or otherwise transaction will not go through and get refused.

You can also checkout using PayPal if it all don't workout . You do not have to have PayPal account. They get your name and address(Very basic info) and you are all set to checkout using your credit card on PayPal page. We strongly recommend checking out with PayPal specially if your transaction not going through.

Can I pay with money order?

We do not accept Money orders.

Can I place an order over the phone?

You can only place an order on our website.
